All STANCES are BASIC Stances in both Defensive and Offensive postures with CLOSED Hand Blocks.

1. Head, Chest, Down, HEAD Block – HEAD Punch
2. Head, Chest, Down, CHEST Block – CHEST punch
3. Head, Chest, Down, DOWN Block – DOWN Punch
4. Head, Chest, Down, HEAD Block – CHEST Punch
5. Head, Chest, Down, CHEST Block – HEAD Punch
6. Head, Chest, Down, DOWN Block – Upper Cut to JAW

KISO KUMITE #2

All STANCES are BASIC Stances in both Defensive and Offensive Postures except for DOWN Punch and DOWN Block, which are in shiko stance, with OPEN Hand Blocks.

1. Head, Chest, Down, HEAD Block – CHEST Punch
2. Head, Chest, Down, CHEST Block – HEAD Punch
3. Head, Chest, Down, DOWN Block – Punch to RIBS
4. Head, Chest, Down, HEAD Block – REAR LEG Front Kick to GROIN
5. Head, Chest, Down, CHEST Block – Under Cut to RIBS
6. Head, Chest, Down, DOWN Block – Upper Cut to JAW

All STANCES are SLIDE Stances in both Defensive and Offensive postures with OPEN Hand Blocks.

1. Head, Chest, Down, HEAD Block – CHEST Punch to CHEST
2. Head, Chest, Down, CHEST Block – CHEST Punch to CHEST
3. Head, Chest, Down, DOWN Block – CHEST Punch to CHEST
4. Head, Chest, Down, HEAD Block – REAR LEG Front Kick to GROIN
5. Head, Chest, Down, CHEST Block – Under Cut to RIBS
6. Head, Chest, Down, DOWN Block – Side Step, Side Kick to KNEE

Offensive Postures are SLIDE Stance, Defensive Posture is CAT Stance, except for DOWN PUNCH and DOWN BLOCK, with OPEN Hand Blocks.

1. Head, Chest, Down, HEAD Block – FRONT LEG Front Kick to GROIN
2. Head, Chest, Down, CHEST Block – Punch to CHEST
3. Head, Chest, Down, DOWN Block – Side Kick to KNEE
4. Head, Chest, Down, HEAD Block – ARM LOCK to Break Joints
5. Head, Chest, Down, CHST Block – Grab ARM to Break ELBOW
6. Head, Chest, Down, DOWN Block – Down “PUSH” with LEFT HAND and Attack with Upper Cut to CHIN

Offensive Posture is BASIC Stance – One Step Advancement then Attack, Defensive Posture is BASIC Stance – One Step Retreating then Block.

1. Head, Down, Down, SLIDE Forward – Maintaining DOWN Block-Push Forward, then Right Hand Punch to the RIBS
2. Chest, Chest, Chest, SLIDE Forward – LEFT Hand Punch to LEFT RIB Area
3. Down, Head, Head, SLIDE Forward – Maintaining HEAD Block-Push Forward, then RIGHT Hand Punch to the THROAT
4. Head, Chest, Chest, SLIDE Forward – then RIGHT Hand Under Cut to RIBS
5. Chest, Head, Head, SLIDE Forward – Maintaining HEAD Block-Push Forward, then Chop to Side of NECK
6. Down, Head, Head, SLIDE Forward – Maintaining HEAD Block-Push Forward, then Upper Cut to JAW

1. Chest, Head, Chest, Head – Back Hand with RIGHT Hand
2. Chest, Head, Chest, Chest – Turn, Left Hand Chest Punch
3. Chest, Head, Chest, Chest – RIGHT Hand Palm Strike to NECK and EAR area
4. Chest, Chest, Head, Chest, Head – Back Hand with LEFT HAND
5. Chest, Chest, Head, Chest, Chest – Turn, Right Hand Chest Punch
6. Chest, Chest, Head, Chest, Head – LEFT Hand Palm Strike to NECK and EAR area

KISO KUMITE #7

1. Chest, Head, LEFT Front Kick – Block Slide In, Punch CHEST
2. Chest, Head, LEFT Front Kick – Block with RIGHT Foot then counter Side Kick
3. Chest, Head, LEFT Front Kick – Block with LEFT Hand, FRONT Kick LEFT Foot then take Down with SAME Leg
4. Chest, Head, LEFT Front Kick then Side Kick – Block, Slide in Punch Chest
5. Chest, Head, LEFT Front Kick, RIGHT Front Kick – Block, Slide in Punch CHEST
6. Chest, Head, LEFT Front Kick, RIGHT Front Kick – Block, Step in Palm Attack
